TESTIMONIALS
-
NICK HOUSE, FOUNDER OF GOLD, NOTTING HILL
“I enjoyed my time working with Ailsa when launching Gold - for a total of 3 years: before, during & after the pandemic. She helped us navigate all the challenges that hit our restaurant and others at that time with a smile and a positive spirit. Professional and positive - a lethal combination.”

Matt Hobbs, founder & CEO of Copper beech
“I had the pleasure to work with Ailsa for nearly two years in which time we worked on over half a dozen projects ranging from stand alone restaurants to large scale members clubs. Ailsa led the operations and developed all front of house operations systems, procedures and compliance. Ailsa is professional, adaptable and resilient, just when you need it. She is always charming but efficient and driven in everything she does. I hope to work with her again in the future.”
